Valentines Day "Love 'em or Leave 'em" Dash

I have vowed to do more 5Ks with my daughter this year. She wants to run with me and feels left out every time I go to a race without her.

This 5K was a fun run around Greenlake in Seattle. I made the unfortunate mistake of having my husband drop us off on the wrong side of the lake. Once my daughter and I figured out where the starting line was, we had about 20 minutes to run 1.5 miles around the lake and get our race numbers on before the race started. So, she ran 4.5 today. That's more mileage than I'd prefer she run, but she was such a trooper.
